Each item is carefully authenticated in-house by an experienced team member. We also use Entrupy, advanced AI technology, to verify every piece.

All handbags come with an authenticity card that can be verified via QR code for your peace of mind.

It’s rare for vintage products to include original packaging, authenticity cards, or dust bags. Please check each product description to see exactly what’s included with your item.

All of our handbags come with a That’s So Vintage dust bag to keep your vintage bag protected. Plus, every handbag includes an authenticity card for your peace of mind.

What is the condition of the items?

As our items are vintage and pre-loved, we use the following terms to describe their condition:

  2. Very good condition
  3. Good condition
  4. Fair condition

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 1–2 working days across the UK.

All orders are fully tracked and insured, You’ll receive an email with full tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Do i have to pay import tax / custom fees?

All items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may be subject to import taxes and customs duties upon arrival in your country. Please check your local rates, as these charges are your responsibility.

Payment for any taxes or duties is collected by the shipping carrier at delivery — we have no involvement in this process.

Please note, we are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance or other issues at the destination.

Do you accept returns?

All of our products, unless otherwise stated, are vintage and therefore pre-loved. Because of this, all sales are final—no returns or cancellations are accepted once an order has been processed. There are no exceptions to this policy.
